Animated Digit is a simple Text object with extra scripted controller added on, that made change the text with time slider value.
For change the setting got to the modifier panel and Counter rollout.
Switch from Numeric mode to a Digital Clock mode.
you can set render size and Render output path from render setting dialog ( F10 ) but don`t push the render button run the Render.ms script you have downloaded with it.

Sorry for late answer.
Download link is Up there right under the firs picture.
But you don`t need this any more. the Textplus objects added to Max can do this and even more.
